However much I might try to expound or explain Love, when I come to Love itself, I am ashamed of my explanations... Love alone can explain the mysteries of love and lovers.

Dorfak Peak; Land of the Fog and the Sun

A peak coming from mythology, called Dorfak, located at a height of 2,700 meters above sea level, is known as the roof of Gilan province. This peak is located between the cities of Rudbar and Siahkal and can be reached from the Qazvin-Rasht highway. On the foothills, the vast plains are waiting for you and they host so many tall, old and solid trees, open-air view of the white clouds are in front of your eyes and a luminous light from the palm of trees invite you to a magnificent party. The Dorfak Mountain is home to a volcano, but it remains harmless and inactive. It even serves as a suitable summer place for farmers who come from villages and forests to care for their animals. Wooden houses are built on the slope of the volcano for the seasonal stay of the locals.
